The odds, statistics, charts, data, and all other information displayed on the Service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any information on the Service.
Odds data is sourced from third-party sportsbooks and APIs. We do not control these sources and cannot guarantee that the information displayed is current or error-free. Discrepancies between the odds shown on capper.app and the actual odds offered by a sportsbook may exist at any time. Always verify odds directly with the sportsbook before placing any wager.
Not Financial or Betting Advice
Nothing on the Service constitutes financial advice, betting advice, or a recommendation to place any wager. The Service is an informational tool that tracks publicly available odds data. Any decisions you make based on information from the Service are made at your own risk. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from your use of the Service or your reliance on any information provided.
